AI Drawing : Trace & Sketch

What AI Drawing : Trace & Sketch Does

AI Drawing : Trace & Sketch is an art and design app for tracing pictures onto paper through your phone’s camera. It places a selected image over the camera view, allowing you to look at the screen while copying the visible lines onto a sheet of paper. This makes it suitable for beginners practising basic shapes, hobby artists working from references, and anyone who wants a guided starting point for a drawing.

Tracing and Sketching Tools

You can choose a picture from the app’s built-in collection or select one from your phone’s gallery. A colour image can be changed into a sketch-style reference, with controls for transparency and line appearance to make the picture easier to follow. The app also includes a drawing pad for making sketches directly on the device, plus a flashlight option for working in less suitable lighting.

• Trace images through the phone camera onto paper.
• Convert photos into sketch or outline references.
• Adjust the reference so its lines are easier to see.
• Draw, colour, and share completed creations.

Image Sources and Creations

The built-in library contains more than 200 images across categories such as cartoons, flowers, vehicles, food, animals, objects, and outline drawings. An AI image creator can also produce an image from a written description. You can then save that result, turn it into a traceable sketch, and use it as a drawing reference. A My Creations area keeps created sketches and downloaded AI images together for later viewing.
